USAeroteam is a successful, technology driven, Aerospace and Defense (A&D) Manufacturer. Since we began in 1985, we have excelled in several niches with our innovative and lean practices, producing mostly single-sourced jet engine components and complex & specialized ground support equipment. Our quality system has achieved 100% scores with tough A & D customers. We have won numerous awards, including prime contractor of the year award "the best of the Midwest - among top ten in the nation" by the U S Govt. with the flag of this great nation, flown over its capitol, in our honor.

Our components are found on many GE, & USAF Aircraft Engines, and on Boeing, Northrop, Lockheed Martin and other aero-structures. We also make Ground Support Equipment for friendly global air forces.

Our manufacturing business began as a supplier to then the market leader, Dayton Electric Lab Co (Delco/GM or Delphi- auto parts maker) and GEA- Jet Engine maker, in their backyards in Dayton-Cincinnati, Ohio. We moved away from domestic auto industry which was 75% of our business in 2003, but continued as a quality, on time supplier of jet engine components for over a quarter of a century.

We are the market leader in our niche, due to better than Six Sigma, ZERO PPM deliveries. This is driven by our simplified TPS (Toyota Production System) based lean, empowered, total quality, on time delivery team, with an excellent track record of successes. In 2003-04 we went through a strategic reorganization to address the cascading effect of the Delphi/GM bankruptcy, & have been focused on our rapid and solid growth in the A & D industry, which has recovered well after the sad events of 9-11, and the Global financial crisis of 2009-10.
